Guide to Online Dispute Resolution

Dear Customer,

SEBI, via Circulars dated 31st July, 2023, and 4th August, 2023, has notified the Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market. Disputes arising in the securities market will be redressed in accordance with the above-mentioned SEBI Circulars

  • You are requested to raise your grievance directly with First Global using the escalation matrix provided here.

  • If your grievance is not satisfactorily redressed, you may escalate it through SCORES by registering your complaint online via the SCORE Portal.

  • To file a complaint with SEBI, you can register on the SCORES portal and provide mandatory details such as your Name, PAN, Address, Mobile Number, and Email ID. For further information, please refer to the FAQs here.

  • If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal by registering complaint on SMART ODR

  • To file a complaint on the SMART ODR Portal, please register using the email ID associated with us and provide mandatory details such as your Name, PAN, mobile number, and residential address.

  • You can attach documents, images, and other relevant files with every dispute for faster resolution. Once you are registered on the portal, you can file a new dispute and track the status of your complaints online. For more information on SMART ODR, please refer here.
